We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for a French Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver premium support services to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the internal CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the highest standards of communication and professionalism.
• Continuously update your knowledge regarding products and services to provide accurate and relevant information.
• Contribute to team targets and KPIs to ensure service excellence in this French Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria.

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English for corporate communication.
• Previous experience in a Customer Support Services role is highly regarded but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for customer success.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
