We partner with Anthropic behind Alpha Factory, Switzerland's first centre of excellence for human-centered AI adoption.We are strengthening our team of experts and looking for a passionate Senior Digital Consultant based in Zurich to drive transformation across leading Swiss organizations.<a href="https://www.instagram.com/owtswiss/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener"></a><h3>Your mission</h3><ul><ul><li>Lead the implementation of complex digital projects, coordinating internal and external teams (developers, designers, business analysts, partners)</li><li>Drive all project phases, ensuring delivery on time and within budget</li><li>Mentor, coach, and guide the delivery team (including 3rd parties) throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Stay up to date on technology and market trends and promote innovation</li><li>Socialize important decisions and trends, acting as an evangelist</li><li>Support our clients in their digital transformation, from defining their digital strategy through business process redesign, all the way to the design, development, and deployment of tailored solutions</li><li>Foster innovation, both internally and at our clients, and promote the use of AI across projects</li><li>Contribute to business development opportunities, sales, and client relationship management</li></ul></ul>
<ul><li>A minimum of 4 years of experience in large-scale digital project management and digital strategy</li><li>A Master's degree from a leading European university (EPFL, ETH, HEC, etc.), preferably in computer science, business, or a scientific or technical field</li><li>Excellent analytical and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, from top management to operational teams</li><li>Expertise balancing strategic and tactical requirements</li><li>Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or HERMES certifications are highly valued</li><li>A strong interest in information systems, innovation, AI, and emerging technologies</li><li>Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level); German is a plus</li></ul>
