• Native or fluent Greek (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).

• Excellent communication skills, both in Greek and professional English.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset suited for a fast-paced corporate environment in Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in customer service or community management is considered an advantage.
