<h3><strong>Become a Health Care Assistant at Nurses UK!</strong></h3><p>Nurses UK is seeking compassionate and committed Health Care Assistants to join our dedicated team, providing exceptional care to patients across various healthcare settings.</p><p><strong>Pay rate: £14.24 - £15.00 per hour</strong></p><p>We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive and professional environment where you can grow your skills and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who need it most.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li>Provide personal care to patients including assistance with hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobility.</li><li>Support patients emotionally and physically, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times.</li><li>Observe and report changes in patients' condition to nursing staff promptly.</li><li>Assist with implementing care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the care environment.</li><li>Offer companionship and provide emotional support to patients and their families.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience in a healthcare or caregiving role is preferred but not essential.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>A compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a strong sense of empathy.</li><li>Ability to work flexibly, including weekends, evenings, and nights as required.</li><li>Willingness to undergo relevant background checks and training.</li></ul>
