We are seeking an experienced, motivated and compassionate Registered Manager to lead one of our residential care services and drive excellence in the quality of care and support we provide.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who combines operational expertise with a genuine passion for person centred care. You will play a pivotal role in developing a positive culture, leading and inspiring a dedicated team and ensuring that residents receive consistent, safe and meaningful support tailored to their individual needs.

- A recognised Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent qualification)
- Previous experience in a management within residential health care.
- A sound understanding of CQC regulations, the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate experience of managing and leading care teams, promoting accountability , professional development and high standards of practice.
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, including behaviours that challenge.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding adults, mental capacity, person centred care and positive behaviour support.
- Excellent communication, organisational and decision making skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, staffing levels, service performance and operational demands effectively.
