You don’t need to be a qualified teacher to have a real impact, just patience, understanding, a good sense of humour, and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships.If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference, enjoy seeing the progress you help students achieve, and leave work knowing you’ve had a positive day, we’d love to hear from you.🧠 What You'll Be Doing:<ul><li>Supporting Students: Working with pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.</li><li>Building Confidence: Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to help every child shine.</li><li>Positive Behaviour: Helping the teacher manage the classroom and promoting a calm, positive environment.</li><li>Encouraging Independence: Helping learners make progress and believe in themselves.</li><li>Teamwork: Collaborating with teachers, ALNCOs, and external pros to get the best outcomes for the children.</li><li>Safeguarding: Upholding the highest standards of pupil wellbeing.</li></ul>
