LSH Auto is a UK premium automotive retailer and Mercedes-Benz dealership group, supporting customers with new and used vehicle sales, servicing, repairs, and parts. As part of a customer-focused business, the team works to create a welcoming and professional experience at every stage of the visit.This role plays an important part in that experience by helping customers feel comfortable and well looked after while they are in the showroom. As a Barista, you will contribute to a friendly front-of-house environment and support smooth day-to-day service for customers and colleagues.Hours - 40Shifts - Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, TuesdaySalary - Up to £27,010<h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages to consistent standards.</li><li>Welcome showroom customers and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organised café area and a well-stocked service station.</li><li>Handle customer payments accurately and support smooth daily café operations.</li><li>Assist customers with general enquiries and direct automotive questions appropriately.</li></ul>
<ul><li>1+ year of experience as a barista.</li><li>Experience preparing coffee beverages using standard brewing techniques and drink recipes.</li><li>Experience in a customer-facing café or hospitality environment.</li><li>Eligible to work in the UK.</li><li>Available to work varied shifts, including weekends when required.</li></ul>
