We’re on the lookout for an experienced recruiter to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team at ProCook, supporting high-volume hiring across our Retail and Operations for an exciting 7-months Maternity cover contract. This is a a full-time position 37.5hrs/week, on a 7 months contract (January to July 2027), flexible working available with up to 3 days/week in the office (Tuesday being a mandatory day). What you'll be doing:<ul><li>Proactively sourcing, shortlisting, and screening candidates with pace and precision.</li><li>Supporting end-to-end recruitment using our ATS (Workable), prior experience is a plus, but if you're tech-savvy, we’ll show you the ropes.</li><li>Collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to ensure we hire top talent across the UK.</li><li>Covering the recruitment desk in the absence of the Talent Acquisition Manager.</li><li>Keeping spreadsheets up to date regarding recruitment pipelines.</li><li>Weekly reporting on the status of live jobs.</li><li>Confident in collaborating with other departments and great stakeholder engagement skills. </li></ul>
<ul><li>Must have minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.</li><li>Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment with high volume roles.</li><li>A confident recruiter with strong sourcing skills and a keen eye for matching the right people to the right roles.</li><li>Experience in managing high volume vacancies and candidates simultaneously without missing a beat.</li><li>Someone who’s organised, proactive, and understands how fast-paced recruitment is.</li><li>Experience in screening candidates and interview techniques.</li><li>Able to commute to our Gloucester HQ.</li><li>MUST be UK based with right to work - NO VISAS OFFERED</li></ul>
