Now, we're building on that expertise, combining people, technology and AI-enabled solutions to create new opportunities for our clients and our business.We're looking for a Business Transformation Lead to help turn that ambition into reality.Reporting directly to our Chief Financial Officer, you'll play a central role in shaping how Grayce operates, bringing new products and services to market, embedding emerging technologies and delivering meaningful change across the organisation.This is an opportunity to help design what comes next and take ownership of making it happen.The OpportunityThis is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role, working across teams and functions to deliver business-critical transformation initiatives.Your focus will be on three key areas:Launching & Scaling New Products and ServicesDesign the operating models, processes and commercial foundations needed to bring new propositions to market, ensuring they're scalable, commercially sustainable and ready to deliver for clients.You'll work across Commercial, Finance, Product and Delivery teams to establish effective end-to-end processes, from pricing and contracting through to mobilisation, delivery and performance reporting.Turning AI Ambition into Operational ImpactIdentify and implement opportunities to use LLMs, agentic AI and automation to improve how Grayce operates, creating smarter, more efficient and scalable ways of working.Working alongside technical specialists and business stakeholders, you'll help turn emerging technologies into practical solutions that deliver measurable value.Delivering Business-Wide TransformationLead the coordination and delivery of key strategic initiatives, including our Salesforce upgrade, ensuring systems, processes and teams are aligned and new ways of working are successfully embedded.You'll manage competing priorities, dependencies and delivery partners, maintaining clear governance and accountability across multiple workstreams.What You'll BringWe're looking for an experienced transformation professional who combines strategic thinking, commercial awareness and the ability to deliver meaningful business outcomes.You'll bring:<ul><li>Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional business transformation programmes, from planning through to successful implementation.</li><li>Strong experience in operating model design, process improvement and translating strategy into practical, scalable solutions.</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage and challenge senior leaders.</li><li>Strong programme delivery capabilities, including governance, risk management, prioritisation and managing multiple workstreams and external partners.</li><li>Commercial acumen, with an understanding of how operational decisions influence revenue, profitability and business performance.</li><li>Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation, working collaboratively with technical teams to implement new systems and ways of working.</li><li>A hands-on, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, build engagement and drive sustainable change.</li><li>The existing right to work in the UK without employer visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
