We have a passion for using technology to solve business problems, working in partnership with our clients to help in achieving their goals.We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the design phase of a high-profile Asset Data Improvement initiative. The project will focus primarily on data and business design, bringing together a specialist IT/Data Architecture resources and a broad range of business SMEs. With a challenging delivery timeline and strong executive-level visibility, we are looking for someone who can quickly establish structure, coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain momentum through the design phase. <ul><li>Lead and manage the project through the design phase, from mobilisation through to successful completion.</li><li>Develop, maintain, and manage the project plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and key deliverables.</li><li>Coordinate activities across business, technical, and supplier stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery against project objectives.</li><li>Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, resolve dependencies, and drive informed design decisions.</li><li>Establish and maintain clear ownership of actions, decisions, and deliverables across all workstreams.</li><li>Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, escalating where necessary to maintain project momentum.</li><li>Provide clear, concise, and timely progress reporting to senior stakeholders, project boards, and executive sponsors. </li><li>Maintain robust project governance, controls, and documentation while ensuring delivery progresses at pace.</li><li>Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives, taking corrective action where required.</li><li>Ensure the design phase delivers a robust, agreed foundation for subsequent implementation, transition, and delivery activities.</li><li>Drive collaboration and effective decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups to achieve project outcomes.</li><li>Support planning and readiness activities to enable a smooth transition from design into execution and implementation phases.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong project management experience delivering data, information management, asset data, or business change initiatives.</li><li>Proven track record of managing complex projects involving multiple business and technical stakeholders. </li><li>Ability to work effectively with technical SMEs and specialist teams without requiring deep hands-on technical expertise. </li><li>Experience managing third-party suppliers and coordinating external deliverables alongside internal project teams. </li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to deliver projects successfully within tight deadlines and high-profile environments. </li><li>Confident presenting project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and governance to projects involving multiple workstreams, dependencies, and subject matter experts.</li><li>Proven ability to manage competing priorities while driving project delivery and maintaining stakeholder engagement. </li><li>Strong risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.</li></ul>
