Full-time £20 per hour including service Be part of Nancy’s story Nancy's is London Bridge's newest premium cocktail destination. Landmark views, a late license, serious drinks and a space designed to bring a little 70s spirit back to London nightlife. Having opened in June, Nancy's is going from strength to strength, and we're looking to expand our amazing team. We're looking for quality hospitality professionals who can help us elevate the guest experience and deliver the tailored service we want to achieve.The Role We are looking for people with a confident and vibrant personality, a passion for great cocktails and food, and helping our guests find the perfect choices for them. You will work closely with our host and bar teams to help personalise and elevate the guest experience. We are looking for someone who has experience in busy venues, understands section management and anticipatory service, and can work with the management team to create a buzz and a real sense of occasion on the floor.
Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Know the cocktail and food menus in depth and confidently describe offerings to guests</li><li>Talk guests through ingredients, flavour profiles, and recommendations</li><li>Take ownership of your section, anticipating guests’ needs and keeping service smooth</li><li>Keep a clear head during busy services and take floor service in your stride</li><li>Communicate with colleagues in a productive, proactive way</li><li>Work closely with the host, bar, and management teams to deliver a strong guest experience</li><li>Help create energy on the floor and contribute to the overall atmosphere of the venue</li></ul>What we’re looking for<ul><li>A confident and vibrant personality</li><li>A passion for hospitality, food, and cocktails</li><li>Experience working on the floor in busy venues</li><li>Strong section management and anticipatory service skills</li><li>Good communication and teamwork</li><li>A calm and proactive approach during service</li><li>Full-time hours (35-45) and availability on our busiest days (Thursday to Saturday)</li></ul>
