We are looking for versatile, all-round technicians capable of adapting to a full range of vehicle re-works, modifications, and component replacements to strict manufacturer standards.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Vehicle Re-works & Stripping/Fitting: Fit and strip mechanical and body parts, including interior trim, exterior panels, gearboxes, engines, and suspensions.</li><li>Component Replacement: Diagnose, access, and replace damaged or defective components efficiently.</li><li>Modifications & Assembly: Complete light mechanical, electrical, and trim modifications to original vehicle builds.</li><li>Data & Time Tracking: Accurately log all completed repairs manually or on digital data systems, recording attendance and work times to manufacturer standards.</li></ul>Location & CommuteSituated conveniently in Solihull, with direct access via the M42, A45, and A34.<ul><li>Local Commuters: Easily accessible from Birmingham, Coventry, Warwick, Redditch, Shirley, Tamworth, and the wider West Midlands.</li></ul>
To be considered for this role, candidates must provide proof of the following:<ul><li>Qualifications: Valid proof of Level 3 IMI (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.</li><li>Driving Licence: Full Category B UK Driving Licence (essential).</li><li>Tools: Must have your own range of mechanical hand tools.</li><li>Experience: Proven hands-on experience working on modern light motor vehicles within an automotive environment.</li></ul>
