Self-Employed Delivery Driver – ATA NorthLocation: Motherwell - ML1 postcode Pay: £195 per day – fuel includedATA North is looking for reliable, professional and hardworking self-employed Delivery Drivers to join our delivery operation in Motherwell - ML1 postcodeThis is an excellent opportunity for experienced multi-drop drivers looking for a competitive daily rate and the chance to work with an established logistics business.What We Offer<ul><li>Ongoing operational support.</li><li>Opportunity to work within a growing delivery operation.</li></ul>· Choice of using your own suitable van or renting through a preferred supplier.· Initial training and support from experienced drivers. Vehicle OptionsOwn Van: Drivers providing their own vehicle must have a suitable 3.5T van and the required courier insurance and any other applicable cover.Rental Van: Alternatively, you can rent a suitable vehicle through one of our preferred rental suppliers. Rental costs, deposits and terms will be confirmed during recruitment.The RoleAs a UPS Delivery Driver, your responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Completing daily parcel delivery and collection routes.</li><li>Scanning parcels and recording deliveries accurately.</li><li>Following UPS procedures and delivery instructions.</li><li>Providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Completing vehicle checks and reporting any damage or defects.</li><li>Handling parcels safely, including items weighing up to 30kg.</li><li>Managing your route efficiently and communicating any delays or issues.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum age of 21</li><li>Full UK Category B driving licence held for at least two years.</li><li>Maximum of six penalty points, subject to insurance requirements.</li><li>At least six months' experience driving a 3.5T van.</li><li>Minimum of three months' multi-drop delivery experience.</li><li>Physically fit and able to lift parcels up to 30kg.</li><li>Right to work in the UK and willingness to complete required compliance checks.</li><li>Reliable, organised and confident working independently.</li><li>Smartphone with internet access, a phone holder and charging capability.</li></ul>Important InformationThis is a self-employed opportunity, not a PAYE position.
