We're looking for a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Expert to join a growing company in the iGaming industry.
Whether you're looking to take your first steps in the industry or already have customer service experience, this could be a great opportunity to develop your skills in an exciting, international environment.
What you'll do
• Support Finnish-speaking customers across different communication channels.
• Assist with enquiries, troubleshoot issues and provide excellent customer experiences.
• Work closely with an international team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Develop your knowledge of the iGaming industry and customer support operations.

• Fluent Finnish and English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Confidence using computers and digital tools.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage, especially within iGaming.

• Full-time position based in Malta, with a hybrid working model .
