In this role, you'll be the voice of support for our Dutch-speaking players, ensuring they have an unforgettable gaming experience. You’ll answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and help guide customers through our fantastic gaming offerings. Plus, we’ll make your transition to Malta easier with our relocation package!

Responsibilities
• Deliver top-notch customer service through chat, email, and phone to our valued Dutch -speaking clients.
• Resolve queries and concerns with a friendly and professional approach.
• Guide customers in navigating our products and services, enhancing their gaming experience.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to maintain an outstanding level of service.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collect and share customer feedback to help shape better service experiences.
• Participate in engaging training sessions to boost both your product knowledge and service skills.

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; additional languages are a bonus!
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar environment is a plus.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
• Adept at multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
• Excited to relocate to Malta and dive into a vibrant culture.
