<p>Key responsibilities</p><ul><li>Manage the end-to-end execution of physical green coffee contracts, including purchases, sales and shipments.</li><li>Coordinate with coffee traders, suppliers, customers, warehouses, freight forwarders and shipping lines.</li><li>Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, certificates of origin, phytosanitary certificates and invoices.</li><li>Monitor shipment schedules, vessel movements, delivery deadlines and contractual obligations.</li><li>Manage inventory movements, warehouse releases, stock reconciliations and logistics costs.</li><li>Ensure accurate trade capture and updates within the trading or ERP system.</li><li>Support contract execution under relevant coffee trade terms, including ECF and GCA rules.</li><li>Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, payments, letters of credit and documentary collections.</li><li>Resolve operational discrepancies, quality claims, demurrage and shipment delays.</li><li>Monitor operational risks and ensure compliance with internal procedures.</li></ul><h3></h3>
<h3>Candidate requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade or a related discipline.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in physical coffee operations, ideally green coffee.</li><li>Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, import/export documentation and trade finance.</li><li>Familiarity with coffee contracts, quality specifications and warehouse procedures.</li><li>Experience with commodity trading or ERP systems.</li><li>Strong English communication skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>
