Key Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current industry trends and company policies to offer accurate and timely guidance to our players.

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and familiarity with major gaming platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to player support.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, on-site environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in customer service or community management is considered an advantage for this French Speaking Player Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
