Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Marketing Executive to grow our e-commerce brands across the UK. You will manage our Shopify stores, run paid ad campaigns, build CRM and automation flows, and improve conversion rates, working closely with the marketing and leadership teams to turn traffic into loyal customers.

Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize our Shopify stores.
• Plan, launch and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Build and manage CRM, email and SMS campaigns.
• Set up marketing automation flows (welcome, abandoned cart, retention).
• Run CRO tests to improve conversion and average order value.
• Create and brief creative content for ads, landing pages and social.
• Track performance and report results to management.
• Ensure all marketing follows UK healthcare advertising rules.
Requirements
• 2+ years in e-commerce marketing (e-commerce experience is a must).
• Hands-on Shopify experience.
• Proven experience running and scaling paid ads.
• Experience with CRM and automation tools (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot).
• Strong CRO knowledge (A/B testing, landing page optimisation).
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for content.
• Strong analytical skills (GA4, Shopify Analytics).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Healthcare or pharma experience is a plus.
