Fancy a role where you're not spending all your time working through support tickets?
I'm working on an opportunity for an IT Service Desk & Modern Workplace Analyst within an organisation investing in its technology and, importantly, its people.
This is a varied role combining 1st and 2nd line support with the opportunity to get involved in projects, explore new technologies and develop your technical skillset.

The role:
• Providing 1st and 2nd line support across Microsoft 365, Windows, SharePoint and wider IT systems.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and taking ownership through to resolution.
• Supporting user accounts, devices and the wider IT environment.
• Getting involved in IT projects, service improvements and new technology initiatives.
• Exploring opportunities around Azure, Microsoft Copilot, AI and Power Automate.
• Helping improve processes through automation and smarter ways of working.

What we're looking for:
• Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd line IT support role.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused approach and good communication skills.
• Someone proactive, curious and keen to develop technically.
• Exposure to Azure, Entra ID, Intune or Power Automate would be beneficial, but isn't essential.

The package:
• 35,000 salary.
• Four-day working week, Monday to Thursday.
• Hybrid working, with two days per week in the Tonbridge office.
• Permanent position.
