We are currently expanding and seeking experienced CQC inspectors to join our growing Task Force team – delivering high-quality inspection, assurance, and improvement support to health and social care providers across the UK.This is a unique opportunity to use your regulatory expertise in a consultancy capacity, helping providers achieve and maintain compliance while driving meaningful quality improvement. ✅ What You’ll Deliver🔎 Inspection & Assurance<ul><li>Lead mock CQC inspections and assurance reviews across adult social care and health services</li><li>Assess compliance against CQC frameworks, legislation, and best practice</li><li>Produce detailed inspection reports and evidence-based improvement plans</li></ul>📈 Improvement Support<ul><li>Provide expert consultancy and practical guidance to providers</li><li>Support services through post-inspection recovery, enforcement, and quality improvement programmes</li><li>Monitor progress and provide ongoing compliance support</li></ul>🎓 Education & Sector Engagement<ul><li>Design and deliver webinars, workshops, and training sessions</li><li>Represent the organisation at partnership meetings, provider forums, and sector events</li></ul>🤝 Stakeholder Engagement<ul><li>Build strong professional relationships with providers, commissioners, and regulators</li><li>Promote a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality care</li></ul>
Essential<ul><li>Current or former CQC Inspector with demonstrable inspection experience</li><li>Significant experience in adult social care, regulation, or compliance</li><li>Expert knowledge of CQC regulations, assessment frameworks, and legislation (Care Act 2014, MCA, DoLS, H&S, Safeguarding, GDPR)</li><li>Experience producing detailed inspection reports and improvement plans</li><li>Ability to present findings to senior leaders and stakeholders</li><li>Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively (including overnight stays)</li></ul>Desirable<ul><li>Experience supporting providers through enforcement or recovery programmes</li><li>Knowledge of governance frameworks and quality improvement methodologies</li></ul>
