<p>Main Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</p><p>1 Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions</p><p>2 Assembly of various LM Fuel Nozzles with reference to engineering drawings and work instructions.</p><p>3 Visual and dimensional inspection of Fuel Nozzles pre and post braze.</p><p>4 Operation and in-house maintenance of Vacuum Furnaces.</p><p>5 Ensure all paperwork i.e. job cards, traceability sheets and furnace records are accurate and kept up to date.</p><p>6 Maintain all assembly tooling and furnace fixtures ensuring these are always returned to correct location in working order.</p><p>4 Ability to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.</p><p>5 Responsible for general housekeeping within the department and surrounding area.</p><p>6 Any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p><p>SVQ Level 3 in relevant technical discipline.</p><p>Completed an engineering apprenticeship (preferred)</p><p>Be fully competent working alone on various types of fuel nozzles.</p><p></p><p>Skills &amp; Behaviours:</p><p>Effective communication skills.</p><p>Honest and reliable.</p><p>Ability to work well in a team as well as using own initiative.</p><p>Commitment to continual improvement and a flexible approach to change.</p><p>Self-motivated, enthusiastic and committed to delivering HSEQ excellence.</p><p></p><p>Experience:</p><p>Mechanical background, preferably with experience in small component assembly but not</p><p>essential as training will be given.</p>
