Join a dynamic people team at LSH Auto, a leading UK Mercedes-Benz retailer. We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing practical support to managers and colleagues.You’ll play a key role in managing employee relations cases, coaching managers and improving people processes, helping to create a positive and well-managed working environment.Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £40,000 per annumResponsibilities<ul><li>Manage employee relations cases and provide clear, practical and compliant advice to managers.</li><li>Coach line managers on performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes.</li><li>Advise on HR policies, procedures and employment law best practices.</li><li>Support employee development and career growth initiatives across the business.</li><li>Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to improvements in people processes.</li></ul>
<ul><li>A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR advisory or similar role, including handling employee relations and HR casework.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.</li><li>Experience coaching managers on disciplinary, grievance and performance matters, and advising stakeholders at all management levels.</li><li>Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Robust verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain accurate HR records and improve HR processes.</li><li>Experience using Excel.</li><li>Eligibility to work in the UK.</li></ul>
