The RoleAs an Energy Renewals Expert, you’ll be responsible for account managing and renewing our portfolio of qualified and existing customers. Your focus will be on helping small and medium-sized businesses secure the best possible energy deals by presenting a range of tailored solutions that meet their needs. In this end to end closer role, you'll: <ul><li>Build and nurture lasting relationships with Bionic energy customers. </li></ul><ul><li>Identify customer needs and match them with the most suitable energy products and solutions. </li></ul><ul><li>Search for and present the best available deals, ensuring each customer receives exceptional value. </li></ul><ul><li>Act as the customer’s dedicated account manager, providing expert guidance throughout the renewal process. </li></ul><ul><li>Schedule and conduct follow-up calls with customers to discuss their options and next steps. </li></ul><ul><li>Deliver world-class service that fosters trust, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty. </li></ul><ul><li>Confidently negotiate and close deals when they align with customer requirements. </li></ul><ul><li>Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and KPIs. </li></ul><ul><li>Cross-sell additional services such as telecoms, water, and insurance to enhance customer value. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with your team to maintain a vibrant, supportive, and high-performing workplace. </li></ul>About You <ul><li>Minimum 12 months of sales experience (B2B or telesales preferred). </li></ul><ul><li>Highly target-driven and self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. </li></ul><ul><li>A consultative, value-driven sales approach that prioritizes customer needs. </li></ul><ul><li>Skilled in pitching, negotiating, and handling objections effectively. </li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and listening. </li></ul><ul><li>Able to build rapport quickly with people from all backgrounds. </li></ul><ul><li>Tactful, professional, and customer-focused in your approach. </li></ul><ul><li>Punctual, focused, and committed to delivering results. </li></ul><ul><li>Proactive, eager to learn, grow, and develop within the business. </li></ul><ul><li>A friendly, positive team player who contributes to a great work environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Resilient and able to perform under pressure. </li></ul>About BionicBionic has over 600 colleagues working across three office locations and four businesses; Bionic - London, Bionic Outbound – Luton, Think Business Loans – Chelmsford, Utilty Bidder - Corby and Smart – Field based agents.
