The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and experience working on complex business challenges across strategy, operations, organisational transformation, or business performance improvement.</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Analyse complex business problems and develop data-driven, actionable recommendations.</li><li>Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry assessments to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend operational improvements.</li><li>Develop structured frameworks, financial analyses, and strategic insights to address client challenges.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business transformation and implementation initiatives.</li><li>Communicate findings and recommendations through clear presentations, reports, and executive-level discussions.</li></ul><h2>Must-Have Requirements</h2><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 1–7 years in management consulting, strategy consulting, or a closely related role.</li><li>Current or prior experience at a leading management consulting or professional services firm.</li><li>Undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university.</li><li>Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop practical, business-oriented solutions.</li><li>Current residence and professional availability in one of the following English-speaking countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.</li></ul>
