<h3>The Opportunity</h3><p>We’re building the future of embodied AI: robots that learn, adapt and work alongside people in the real world. Doing that takes some of the rarest talent there is: robotics engineers, ML engineers, data platform specialists, and the technical leaders who build and guide those teams.</p><p>These people aren’t browsing job boards. We need someone who knows how to find them, wherever they are, and give them a reason to talk to us, especially since we are currently operating in stealth mode. </p><p>You’ll be our dedicated internal headhunter. You will map the market, find the people others miss, and get them excited enough to take the first conversation. </p><p>This position can be based in Munich (onsite) or Poland/UK (remote).</p><p></p><h3>Your Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead searches for senior technical, leadership and other tough-to-fill roles </li><li>Map the talent landscape: which companies, labs and research groups have the people we need, and who’s worth approaching</li><li>Find candidates beyond LinkedIn, through GitHub, research papers, conference speakers, open-source communities and personal networks</li><li>Run first conversations with candidates to qualify interest and fit </li><li>Work closely with hiring managers and founders to understand what “great” looks like for each role</li><li>Share market insights with the team: compensation trends, talent availability, and where the competition is hiring</li></ul>
<p></p><ul><li>4+ years in headhunting or executive search at an agency or search firm</li><li>A proven track record of placing senior technical & hard-to-find profiles</li><li>Enough technical understanding to have a credible conversation with a robotics or ML engineer and tell a strong profile from a good-looking CV</li><li>Experience sourcing internationally, across markets and time zones</li><li>Creative, persistent sourcing skills: Boolean search, X-ray search, and using sources well beyond the usual platforms</li><li>Strong written and spoken English</li><li>An existing network in the European or US robotics and AI communities would be a definite plus!</li></ul><p></p><p></p><h3>Recruiting Process</h3><p>Your recruiting partner for this role is Madhulika (she/her). You can expect a screening interview, and two additional interviews, including potentially an onsite visit to our office in Munich to meet the team. </p>
