The Product Specialist function is a key leverage point within the Services organisation, enabling scalable onboarding, advanced client workflows, product adoption, and operational efficiency. What We Are Looking ForProduct & Industry Expertise <ul><li>Develop deep expertise across investment operations, portfolio analytics, reporting, performance, risk, cash management, private assets, allocations, and data workflows. </li></ul><ul><li>Gain and maintain comprehensive understanding of Sesame functionality, workflows, configuration options, and limitations. </li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to workshops, documentation, Academy content, and use-case libraries. </li></ul>Solution Design & Workflow Architecture <ul><li>Design scalable client solutions aligned with operational requirements and best practices. </li></ul><ul><li>Translate business and technical requirements into scalable platform solutions. </li></ul><ul><li>Identify workflow optimisation opportunities. </li></ul>Internal Enablement & Knowledge Sharing <ul><li>Enable Client Success, Client Delivery, Support, Sales, and Data Operations teams. </li></ul><ul><li>Build and maintain KBs, SOPs, UCLs, and Academy content. </li></ul>Client Enablement & Escalation Management <ul><li>Deliver client-specific training and workshops. </li></ul><ul><li>Lead demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), pre and post sales </li></ul><ul><li>Act as a senior escalation point for complex workflow issues. </li></ul>Product Feedback, Testing & QA <ul><li>Act as a structured feedback channel to Product Management. </li></ul><ul><li>Perform testing of new functionality and releases. </li></ul>AI, Automation & Operational Efficiency <ul><li>Leverage AI-driven tools and automation capabilities. </li></ul><ul><li>Identify workflows suitable for automation. </li></ul><ul><li>Reduce manual effort through reusable configurations and automation. </li></ul>Presales & Commercial Support <ul><li>Participate in presales discussions and assessments. </li></ul><ul><li>Support upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities. </li></ul><ul><li>Deliver relevant professional services engagements. </li></ul>Skills & Expertise<ul><li>4–7 years’ experience within investment operations, SaaS fintech, portfolio analytics, or related financial technology environments. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of investment products and asset classes. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience working with software platforms, workflows, and operational processes. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience or strong interest in AI, automation, and operational efficiency tooling. </li></ul>Our Benefits<ul><li>An opportunity to work in a fast growing fintech revolutionizing investment reporting</li><li>Hybrid style of work/WFH allowed depending on role</li><li>Competitive salary & stock options package</li><li>Private medical insurance with Bupa for you and your family members</li><li>Pension Plan with NEST</li><li>Cycle to Work Scheme and gym allowance</li><li>Office food & drinks, regular socials</li></ul>If this sounds like a match to you, we are looking forward to receiving your application!
