<p>AHS is a Dubai-based group focused on ultra-luxury real estate development, strategic investments, and high-value ventures. Within its hospitality environment, attention to detail, discretion, and exceptional service are central to the experience it creates.</p><p>We are seeking a Villa Chef with a strong focus on Japanese cuisine to deliver a refined private dining experience. This role is suited to someone who brings craftsmanship, consistency, and a highly personalized approach to service, with the ability to anticipate preferences and maintain exacting culinary standards in an exclusive setting.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Prepare authentic Japanese dishes tailored to guests’ tastes and dietary needs.</li><li>Create seasonal menus featuring sushi, sashimi, tempura, and traditional specialties.</li><li>Source premium ingredients and maintain exceptional standards for freshness and presentation.</li><li>Manage kitchen inventory, supplier orders, food safety, and daily cleanliness.</li><li>Coordinate meal timings and accommodate special requests in a private villa.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Specialization in Japanese cuisine.</li><li>Hands-on experience in private villa or household chef work, ideally within a luxury hospitality setting.</li><li>Background in high-end omakase-style kitchens.</li><li>Proven ability to prepare sushi, sashimi, and tempura to a high standard.</li><li>Experience with kaiseki-style presentation and exceptional attention to detail in plating.</li><li>Experience serving principals directly and handling special dietary requests with discretion.</li></ul>
