What is Androlabs?
Androlabs is the first pharmaceutical company that is entirely dedicated to men.
Founded in February 2021 and headquartered in London, Androlabs is a fast-growing and ambitious scaleup company. Our medicines are commercialised in 20+ countries throughout Europe, the UK and Australia.
What is our mission and how do we work?
Gender disparities in health awareness and access to routine check-ups and treatment can result in excess preventable deaths and illness. Globally, nearly twice as many male deaths are considered preventable compared to females, contributing to the concerning statistic that men live, on average, five years less than women. At Androlabs, our mission is to close the male life expectancy gap by tackling these issues head-on.
We partner with healthcare professionals who treat patients daily and lead initiatives to raise awareness of men’s health, improve education, and remove barriers to care. We have already launched the first-ever men’s health pub, developed a leading patient education platform, built a HCP zone with CPD-accredited learning, convened scientific advisory committee meetings with 17 of Europe’s top KOLs, and facilitated publications that have evolved the field of men’s health treatment.
By putting patients first and adopting a science-led approach, we are reshaping the traditional pharma model to deliver better outcomes across men’s health.
We are a diverse team of ~40 people are based across 7 countries, and speak more than 14 languages. We are profitable, growing, and have big ambitions to create a world-leading men's health company that makes a difference in society.
At Androlabs, our core values— Knowledge and Transparency, Agency, First Principle Thinking & Humility —guide our actions every day. They shape our daily operations and interactions. Whether it’s empowering a colleague with the right information, proactively addressing challenges, or embracing feedback, we live these values every day to ensure that Androlabs is a place where innovation thrives, and excellence is the norm.
Androlabs is part of Tithonia Group, an entrepreneurial life sciences company

The Role
We are looking for a hands-on, scientifically rigorous Medical Affairs professional to build the foundation of our global medical affairs capability in men's health.
Medical Affairs at Androlabs is entering a new phase. Our market presence is growing, our KOL and advocacy network is expanding, and the business needs dedicated Medical Affairs capacity to move from reactive support to planned, structured, high-quality execution.
You will own the global medical activity calendar, build and maintain our KOL and advocacy framework in partnership with country teams, develop and review medical and scientific content directly, and establish the medical information and training infrastructure that our portfolio growth demands. This is a hands-on, builder role for someone who wants to shape something from the ground up.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop medical content and support the approvals process
• Develop medical and scientific content directly — co-creating with Marketing from the outset, and bringing materials to a high standard before agency production
• Provide consistent medical review of promotional and non-promotional materials
• Help build a more efficient medical approval process, reducing dependency on external reviewers for routine activities
Build medical information infrastructure and deliver training
• Help establish a defined process for handling unsolicited off-label questions and inbound medical enquiries
• Contribute to a library of approved standard responses and templates, with territory-specific versions where required
• Deliver product and disease knowledge training to commercial teams through bootcamps, onboarding programmes, and ongoing sessions
Support KOL engagement across priority markets
• Support KOL engagement activities across priority markets, working closely with country teams who own local relationships
• Contribute to KOL mapping and tiering, and help define criteria for identifying and nominating advocates
• Over time, help develop the framework that connects local KOL activity to broader medical strategy
Coordinate medical activities
• Support the coordination of medical activities across priority markets (UK and up to two additional markets in year one), including advisory boards, congress support, publications, and speaker programmes
• Ensure activities have clear objectives, documented outcomes, and follow-up actions
• Contribute to the development of a rolling medical plan aligned to market needs
Support compliance processes
• Support disclosure-of-value reporting and related ABPI Code processes, working closely with the medical reporting line
• Keep up to date with the ABPI Code and local country codes, and escalate any concerns through the appropriate channel
Who You Are and What You Bring
Required
• Degree in medicine, pharmacy, or a relevant life science
• Around 2 to 5 years in Medical Affairs, MSL, or Scientific Lead in a pharma, biotech, or speciality life sciences company.
• Hands-on experience with KOL engagement and advisory boards — not just attendance, but coordination and ownership
• Comfortable producing medical and scientific content directly — writing the slide deck, drafting the response letter, building the training module — rather than solely overseeing or reviewing agency-produced materials
• Able to critically appraise clinical evidence and lead balanced, non-promotional scientific discussions with KOLs
• Comfortable in a lean, fast-moving environment; this is not a large-enterprise Medical Affairs team, and this role requires genuine ownership and self-direction
• Comfortable working closely with commercial teams while maintaining medical and scientific independence
• Familiar with pharma regulatory frameworks and industry codes governing off-label communication, promotional review, and medical information
Preferred
• Interest in men's health, or experience in urology, endocrinology, or adjacent therapeutic areas
• Background supporting international or multi-market medical strategy, ideally across more than one European market
• Working knowledge of the UK ABPI Code, or experience as a final signatory in Italy
• Medical qualification (MD) or PhD
• Interest in developing towards a broader medical leadership role as the pipeline grows
