This is an entry-level role, perfect for those wanting to start their career in sales.As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for small business owners who’ve submitted an online enquiry – whether they run a hair salon, coffee shop, charity, or corner shop. Your job is to reach out quickly, confirm their details, and determine if we can help them find a better deal on their business essentials, before passing the lead onto our expert sales closers.What You’ll Be Doing: <ul><li>Contact customers who’ve made real-time enquiries through our website or partner sites</li><li>Speak with small business owners to understand their needs and confirm their details</li><li>Assess if we can help and connect them with the right sales expert at Bionic</li><li>Record call details and key information using Salesforce </li><li>Deliver a professional and helpful experience from start to finish</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:We’re not looking for experience – we’re looking for potential.
