Assistant Outlet Manager Key Responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Communication with the chef concerning covers and any special arrangements at peak times and locations.</li><li>Planning the use of other areas for Breakfast when covers exceed the number judged the maximum possible in the SW7 restaurant</li><li>The requisitioning of equipment, staffing and supervision for other breakfast areas.</li><li> The correct posting of charges to guest accounts, or control of inclusive breakfast covers, to maximise sales and minimise food cost.</li><li>To ensure stocks of equipment are kept up to par and to advise the Cost Controller if more is required.</li><li>To ensure that the rotas are designed to ensure efficiency and minimise waste as much as possible..</li></ul>The Experience & Qualifications for Assistant Oulet Manager:<ul><li>Ability to be flexible and work according to the hotel demand</li><li>Capacity to organise other outlets when required</li><li>Knowledge of products in the ala carte menu and in the buffet, preparing weekly rotas and training for all the staff</li><li>Skill in communicating well with guests meet their expectations, lead his team, organise schedules for the outlets</li></ul>
