Who are we?
You've probably seen our work without even realising it!
Bauer Media Outdoor is behind many of the adverts, bus shelters and digital screens you see every day, from busy high streets and shopping centres to roads, transport hubs and local neighbourhoods.
We're one of the UK's leading Out of Home media and infrastructure companies, operating more than 33,000 sites nationwide and looking after nearly 22,000 bus shelters. With teams across the UK, we combine advertising with the delivery and maintenance of public infrastructure that communities rely on every day.
We're part of Bauer Media Group, one of the world's largest privately owned media groups, with a rich heritage in media and a commitment to developing our people.
About the Role
We are looking for an organised and analytical Service Parts & Inventory Analyst to take ownership of our digital screen buffer stock across the UK and Europe. Working within BMOT, our manufacturing depot who are responsible for designing and producing our digital advertising screens, you ‘ll play an important role in maintaining stock availability and ensuring service uptime.
You will manage stock levels, ordering, replenishment, demand planning, returns and reporting across multiple product groups and locations. Working closely with Depots, Operations, Production, Procurement and external suppliers, you’ll ensure stock is available when needed, identify potential shortages and proactively resolve supply issues.
What will I be doing?
• Take ownership of digital screen buffer stock across UK and European locations, ensuring accurate stock records, reconciliations and availability.
• Manage stock requests, purchase orders, ordering and replenishment, ensuring requests are processed and dispatched on time.
• Work closely with Production and Repairs to forecast demand, manage production and supplier lead times and maintain a reliable delivery pipeline.
• Monitor stock levels, identify potential shortages and proactively manage replenishment to avoid disruption to service.
• Coordinate returns, repairs and stock movements across internal teams, depots and external suppliers.
• Produce monthly stock reports and KPI updates, working with depots to ensure stock records are accurate and fully reconciled.
• Investigate discrepancies, chase outstanding information and purchase orders, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Support the introduction of new and inherited product ranges, helping establish stock requirements and processes as the role develops.
What we’re looking for
• At least 3 years' experience in stock management, inventory control or supply chain, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing stock across multiple locations, including stock reconciliations and reporting, preferably within UK and European operations.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent Excel and spreadsheet knowledge.
• Experience using ERP or stock management systems, ideally Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics or a similar inventory management platform.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, production lead times, replenishment and returns.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across different teams, locations and cultures.
• A proactive problem-solver with strong decision-making skills and the confidence to chase outstanding actions through to completion.
• Highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What’s in it for you?
• £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
• 25 days plus bank holidays
• This role is Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm, with Fridays worked from home.
• Bonus scheme based on company and individual targets
• Standard workplace pension – matched at 5%
• Full Private Medical Cover
• Employee Assistant Programme
• Free parking with electric charging points
• Social events and activities
