We believe in creating bold solutions and fostering an inclusive environment where collaboration and individual growth go hand in hand.Act as a central coordinator for the OnePlan Wave 2 transformation program, bringing together business and project teams to deliver high-quality planning templates and drive program execution. Through workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and rigorous project follow-up, you will help ensure a smooth and successful deployment of OnePlan.Objectives:<ul><li>Ensure effective operational coordination of the OnePlan Wave 2 program, including the tracking of activities, milestones, risks, and action plans. </li><li> Prepare and organize business workshops, ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged and that sessions are conducted efficiently. </li><li> Maintain clear and structured documentation, including decisions, business requirements, meeting minutes, and executive summaries.</li><li> Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring smooth communication and rigorous follow-up on agreed actions.</li><li> Deliver accurate and actionable project reporting, providing visibility on progress and supporting decision-making.</li><li> Leverage Microsoft 365 tools effectively (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) for project tracking, reporting, and collaboration.</li><li> Support testing, training, and deployment activities, contributing to the successful adoption of new processes and tools.</li><li> Bring added value through knowledge of project and portfolio management tools, such as OnePlan, Planview, Clarity, Smartsheet, or MS Project.</li></ul>
<ul><li>2 to 5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management.</li><li>Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences industry.</li><li>Understanding of the drug development lifecycle.</li><li>Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.</li><li>Familiarity with OnePlan or other project and portfolio management tools such as Planview, Clarity, Smartsheet, or MS Project.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>
