An engineering professional body is looking for a hands-on Member Recruitment Manager to lead a team of three and deliver a high-quality service across its membership.
You’ll oversee the member journey, from applications and upgrades to enquiries, engagement and retention. You’ll also use membership data and Dynamics 365 to improve processes, service standards and communications.

What you'll do
· Lead, support and develop the membership team.
· Oversee applications, upgrades, reviews and member enquiries.
· Use Dynamics 365 and membership data to improve services and identify trends.
· Support committees, professional development and accreditation activity.
· Build relationships with universities, colleges and sector partners.

What you'll bring
· Experience managing a membership programme or comparable service.
· Team leadership experience, with a supportive and collaborative approach.
· Advanced experience using Dynamics 365 CRM and membership data.
· Strong organisation, communication and customer service skills.
Experience in a professional body, membership organisation, charity or trade association would be an advantage.

The role requires at least two days a week in the Sale office. There’s flexibility around start and finish times, and Friday finishes at 3.45pm.
