Aviation Recruitment experts Optime are are excited to be recruiting Terminal/Specialist Cleaners to join a well-respected and successful client at Heathrow Airport. This role offers a great choice of shifts. Secure long term work and the chance to make a difference at one of the largest airports in Europe! What’s on offer:<ul><li>Rate of Pay: £14.80</li><li>Shift Pattern: Candidates will start work part-time, 2–3 shifts per week. Based of performance, they will then move onto the regular 4-on, 2-off shift pattern.</li><li>Shifts available: Nights 22:00-06:00.</li><li>Weekly Pay (every Friday).</li><li>Full training provided.</li><li>Temp to Perm (performance based).</li><li>Induction date around 21st of August</li></ul> Key Duties:<ul><li>Carry out cleaning duties across designated airport areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times. </li><li> Clean and sanitise terminal facilities, including waiting areas, washrooms, staff areas, offices, and other assigned locations. </li><li> Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish in accordance with airport procedures. </li><li> Ensure all cleaning equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and used safely. </li><li> Report any damage, maintenance issues, accidents, or potential hazards to the Team Leader immediately. </li><li> Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed in line with service level agreements (SLAs). </li><li> Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with Health & Safety regulations. </li><li> Complete routine cleaning checks and maintain accurate records where required. </li><li> Work effectively as part of the cleaning team to ensure operational standards are met. </li><li> Adhere to all airport security procedures and maintain compliance with airside security requirements where applicable. </li><li> Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all health, safety, and security policies. </li><li> Deliver excellent customer service by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for passengers, visitors, and airport staff.</li></ul> Requirements:<ul><li>Ability to work in a team.</li><li>Great work ethic.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Must be over 18.</li><li>Previous airport and/or cleaning experience would be beneficial.</li></ul> Please note: As this is an airport role, successful candidates must pass security checks in-line with CAA regulations.
