We are looking for an experienced Fraud & Risk Manager to own the fraud prevention strategy and implementation at our online casino.<ul><li>Detect and investigate bonus abuse, multi-accounting, payment fraud and suspicious player activity.</li><li>Review flagged accounts, transactions and withdrawals.</li><li>Develop fraud detection rules and controls to reduce losses while protecting the experience of legitimate players.</li><li>Work with payments, compliance and customer support to resolve cases and report emerging risks.</li><li>Work closely with the marketing team so approve reward and bonus schemes to ensure the risk of being gamed is mitigated at all times.</li></ul><h3></h3>
<ul><li>Extensive hands-on experience in a fraud and risk role at an online crypto casino is essential.</li><li>Proven experience identifying bonus abuse, linked accounts, payment fraud and chargebacks.</li><li>Confident using fraud tools, device fingerprinting and player transaction data.</li><li>Strong investigative skills and sound judgement when handling suspicious activity.</li><li>Able to independently manage cases and take ownership of fraud processes.</li><li>Experience with crypto casinos and crypto payments is essential.</li><li>Able to provide mathematical models to challenge the casino, casino games, and marketing campaigns to minimise fraud</li></ul>
