As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines. Your attention to detail will play a crucial role in promoting a safe online experience for users. Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assess user-generated content for compliance with community standards.
• Identify and report inappropriate content and escalate violations as needed.
• Document moderation actions and contribute to team reporting.
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine moderation processes and guidelines.
• Stay informed about current trends and changes in content moderation practices.

• Fluent in German and proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Experience in content moderation is advantageous but not a requirement.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction.
• Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and embrace changing guidelines.
